Pleasant House Bread is a bakery that celebrates #realbread by using local, organic grains that we mill ourselves onsite with every batch. Our breads are naturally leavened and baked in our wood-fired oven, yielding lovely, complex flavor and texture. We also make rich croissants and other viennoiserie as well as delicious, naturally leavened doughnuts.
You can find our goods at Pleasant House Pub and local farmers markets.
